    Rivers I have fished

Made me think a bit this thread as I have tended to fish only a handful of rivers on a regular basis in recent years but fished more than I though all told. Here goes: Dane Dove Trent Severn Teme Vrynwy Warks Avon Wyre Wye Goyt Etherow Till Annan Shannon Suck Inney Ribble Test Itchen Dorset...

    Chairs.

I have a chub hi-light which I've used for a long time now, it is way past it's sell by date and I fancied a change so I bought the Nash Indulgence UL. Yes it is a very comfy chair but in use the legs just don't extend enough for my liking. I used it about three times before reverting back to...

    Rucksacks which ones ?

I've been using the Fox Royale 40l rucksack for the last 5 years or so, its a great little rucksack, can fit what I need into easily enough and it seems indestructible which is more than I can say for others I have had. Would recommend.

    gardner barbel specialist rucksack

I had one of these which didn't last two seasons. Initially I was very pleased with it, loads of room for everything you could possibly need but like others the zips failed and the lining split so I couldn't recommend it from my experience of it. I'm currently using a Fox Royale and have been...

    Gloves for fishing

Like a lot of anglers I have suffered at times over the years with cold hands but not anymore. I use a pair of merino wool fingerless gloves which stay on all day if it's really cold. Often the worst time though is when you are carting your gear to a swim, so I also wear a pair of army issue fur...

Clutch every time foe me, it's what it's designed for. Check the setting at the start of the session and back it off at the end of every session.
