    Thanks Phil, I wasn't sure what spool size it was - already bought one that was too small and then saw somebody selling two for £75!! Have ordered one of what i think is the correct size for £18.

    I sent my Shimano baitrunners off for a service a while back - without the spools - and didn't have need for the 4000 aero rear drag baitrunner until now and of course I can't find the spools for it.     Fishing on the Wye at Byford

    Fished the Byford area a couple of times at the start of a season and always caught fish but dependant on the river levels really. Start of this season the river dropped 15 - 18" over the week and the fishing got harder as the week went on. Had mainly chub with the odd barbel - quite a few...

    A couple of very skinny chub not a million miles from Hereford. One not quite 2.5lbs and one a tad over 3lbs but looked much bigger in the water. Length but no girth, not a good combination - so I've been told:)
