Surely a far more severe and truly excruciating punishment, worthy of the worst medieval torturers, would be to make the would be tackle liberator read this thread. Like, over and over and over again. Like, a million times. Or possibly just the once.
In fact, I am surprised no one has suggested the repeated kicking between the legs of the thief, thus enabling the thread to be renamed "Swollen Tackle".
