The stretch of river I usually fish has rubbish bins every hundred yards or so (probably less than that actually) throughout the full length of the fishery....and STILL some folk drop their litter wherever they happen to be when they are finished with it It is in an area with full public access, so it won't all be anglers, but whoever it is, they only have to hang on to their trash for a max of fifty yards, and they can pop it in a bin....and they know that, because they keep passing them. What the hell is wrong with people like that?
