Andy, basically you can access all of the fishery from Bridge Farm, some of it is a bit of a hike, but there is a decent carperk there and is ideal for a meet up ! Head for the Old River if you are after Grayling...............The 'New River' at Bridge Farm is home to some BIG Roach and Dace, a few elusive Barbel and some good Chub. I'm guessing that most of the lads will be on the Old River. Should be in good nick, and most of it should be fishable (water meadows flood when we get a lot of rain).
Good luck all, sadly I will be unable to attend as I am suffering with Knee Problems and cant chance aggrivating it further (Chalky banks are notoriously slippery and stodgy when wet !).
Take plenty of maggots lads and keep the feed going in steadily ! It can take a while to build a swim, but the rewards can be very good ! It's not and easy fishery, but a wonderful place to fish and there's FAR too much to cover in one day ! The Keeper Stuart is a great source of info !
Have Fun !
