I am just canvassing opinions on breathable waders. My neoprene ones have cracked and are letting in water. I have heard that the way to go is breathable ones. With other pieces of equipment the choice is varied in price and quality. Suggestions please. Cheers Brian

Not strictly just for barbel BUT.... how do people keep their perishable baits going soft/mouldy/turning to casters etc if you have to leave in a car before fishing. I have looked into cool boxes with 12v/230v if anyone uses one feedback appreciated. Brian

Just after opinions on storing made up hook lengths as the rig boards I use tend to kink the line if the length is over 12". I know I could make them up at the bankside but prefer to do it at home. Opinions readily accepted though not necessarily adopted lol Brian

With the cold weather firmly ensconced I was turning to the idea of float fishing maggots for silvers etc. My question is what line do you recommend for a floating line? Do you just use your normal line but with the aid of an artificial floatant spray etc?
