Jon,
Why bother with new baits when you are happy and catch plenty with the baits you are using, use the vouchers to get other stuff Jon, why complicate your fishing with baits everyone is chucking in!!
Red Fish boilies will catch as will all the dynamite baits, plenty of people use them so...
Hi Guys,
I have both the hummingbird and the Hong Kong version of the fish finders and they both work together, the transmitter does work with the hummingbird but i had to change to channel B to make them work.
I must say i actually prefer the Hong Kong version over the hummingbird!!
I also have had the same problems with the sonar to the point that i took one apart and checked the battery, the battery was perfect and as someone else stated it must just stop transmitting......cr*p:mad:
I also brought one of the transmitters from Hong Kong and they are spot on!!
Avoid the chub x-tra comfy chair's, i have one and i have used it twice now and it comes apart, the nuts on the arm rests undo themselves every time i open the chair plus the legs don't have a stop mechanism on them so they pull out completely and the springs etc fall out......cr*p, cr*p, cr*p:mad:
I also have 2 Cree head torches which are fantastic for lighting everything up:D
I also have a Cree lantern for my bivy but the only probem with that is it's like sitting in a tanning booth :D
Stay well away from the new chub x-tra comfy low chair:mad::mad:
I brought one a little while ago and the build quality is bob, i have spent more time looking for the nuts as they undo themselves, cr*p cr*p cr*p also the legs when you pull them out there is nothing stopping them from coming out...
A Up Chris,
I have been fancying the Lumix G3, not quite what you was asking but it is a fantastic bit of kit:D:D
Could try this one with a front viewing screen...
I understand what you are saying Keith about the barbel not being the best for the table but i and a few others did witness 2 lads putting barbel in a bag and taking it away from the river.:mad:
They were on the far bank so we could do nothing other then make the call to the authorities!!
I also had a lot of problems with the weed last weekend but as for using stops to catch the weed...waste of time!!
We had that much weed was coming down the lead wouldn't stop still for more than a min, I did manage to hit one fish but it pulled out............ in the weed:rolleyes:
