The chimera’s are like that.bend right through to the butt
beautiful fish playing tools. My old GTx doesn’t have a single flat spot when something decent is pulling back.

How could you have let this rod go? So beautifully understated, work of art...I was in two minds whether to press reportHexagraph 2 Ian tucker made this rod for me amazing rod unfortunately no longer have this one
Mate no one is more gutted then me about letting it go i still have nightmares now about itHow could you have let this rod go? So beautifully understated, work of art...I was in two minds whether to press report
It's been well used now Rob Probably my favourite rod for small water barbelling...Bob built me a beauty of a stalker rod a while back top notch fittings i never used it but it was very nice to look at
What a mint looking fishHad one today in floodwater on it.
Yes they did. Was very fond of the chestnut and green. Was very convenient to order a coloured blank from Harrison at no extra cost. Can understand some of the reasons for stopping it. Now have to DIY.Very nice I thought they had stopped doing the Coloured blanks or was it just the chestnut ?
Lovely rod the S.When I had the barbel seekers built ..I had seen the colour whipping I wanted on the new century armalites and had to have it.... also Had the white tips done but really like the look of yours Richard ..... tip eyes were the screw in quiver type to accommodate some isotope holders I had made myself
a few pics
What blanks are they. The I Powers are incredible blanks.
Top rods Mark does a killer job[as do many others]I have 3 rods made by mark and all are a1.Well I knew they would be good but these are just sensational.
Got to meet the builder himself which was a nice touch as he went through in detail exactly what was done.
The tip was my own little design which I’d done myself to previous rods and mark said himself it was a great way to do it so i imagine one or two more custom builds will go out with the same idea. Mark has obviously done a much neater job again
Check out marks outstanding work. I cannot wait to christen them. (Hopefully not with bream)
Now I’ve seen lots of attempts of tip isotopes some really good and some not so good but imho this is to date the neatest job I’ve ever seen of them fitted. You can hardly even see the whipping either side of the tube it’s that subtle. Anyway less talk and cast your eyes over this stunning pair of barbel rods.
