How would I know which run or area that is please, I've never been before are there any distinguishing features obviously other places like the Creel have a self explanatory Church pool etc. The Wye is a river i don't know well and have never been here before

Hi all bit of a scrounging post this, over the years I've lost loads of caps off these, cast out with a block end, wound in with an open end .
I now cable tie the bottom cap to the feeder and it doesn't happen any more but it means I've a load of capless open ends.
Does anyone have any spares...
Collingham gets some bad press, but its a dream maker for some guys as long as you dont come away from there thinking youre a legend, cause the next legend has already filled your swim, youll be fine. it aint for everyone take it for what it is, good angling mate
Have it on good authority that 4000 two year old Barbel have been stocked into the Trent at Thrumpton. I fish this area a lot on the stick and bolo so should be interesting to see if they have stayed put

I'm selling my Shimano Nasci 3000. It's the double handle version. Front drag, 3000 size. Used once on the Trent for Skimmer fishing, it's loaded with 8lb Browning Black Magic braid. Makes an excellent reel for the smaller river man or medium feeder fishing or lure fishing.
