Andy do you think the twin pickup pin modification has any real advantages/I have a 501 with 2 pin modification and just aquired asecond 501 with just one standard pick up not used the single pickup reel yet as it needs some tlc.
This has probably been asked before so forgive me if it has but what is the best way to position the rod when feeder or ledgering on a river?

By the way I was under the impression you could just pop Into you local Morrisons and purchase a sausage thus negating the £40 minimum order suggested .
Maybe they dont have a Morrisons In Chesham or Tewksebury...
Fat sausage
Yes a fat sausage shape big enough to punch out tear or cut a decent size hookbait much like a tin of meat, not a skinny hotdog sausage :p

Garlic sausage Its the future!!!!!
Bought a pack of this garlic sausage looks and smells the part for fishing for barbel, looked online and Morrisons list It at £1.67 for a 400g pack got to be serious contender against the ever popular garlic spam.
Apparently they do a stronger version but I have to say the standard stuff smells...
