    Count me in jez and any help needed just shout as are last couple of charity fishes. Nearest town is preston as I think its about 5 miles out from there though there is pubs and shops within a mile

    Good advice MR Charlton must be the time of year , lol. Only difference for me is that the boilies have been glugged for nearly 12 months:) Also sometimes use a block end feeder with just paste in;)

    Dont know much about them or if the EA can or would do anything about them.The Barbel i had this morning had them but only 1/2.

    The fish in the lower Ribble are covered in them at the moment.Only a few on the Barbel but the Roach and Trout ive had have been bad:(
