Hello Adam just a quick thought is it first come first served? Or would it not be prudent to entertain anglers who call this their local, guys who have invested a large percentage of their time fishing it. And just to throw my thoughts in £150 is a bargain for some of the most scenic and best fishing on the Wye good luck to you and your syndicate members.

very well said, not sure how public we are to say about the costs?
 
I've not applied I just know the cost and as stated its a bargain if it were local to me I would be chomping at the bit to get a ticket.
 
Since the cat is out of the bag, I must admit the cost is very reasonable, when you consider that the WUF at a minimum of £20 for a DT the maths are simple.

I think that must be a bargain......... I was offere a syndicate place on a North Yorkshire river some years ago, it was well over twice that price then. If I lived 180 miles nearer I would have had a punt .

I live a distance away but at that price it might be worth it just for the odd weeks holiday.

Seen similar prices for syndicates of a quarter of the water on offer. Best of luck with it Adam.
 
Summer can be manic on the Wye with noisy canoeists but it doesn't affect the fishing in my opinion. Catching 6 barbel on a rising river whilst noisy muppets came very close to my line didn't stop me.(very close to the syndicate Adams running) And that was within90 minutes! ! The only thing I would say is take a dog spike and a shovel or both. The Wye can rise very fast. The surroundings are the best in Herefordshire so take a camera

Some WUF stretches are only £15 not many tho :mad:
 
**** update****

Just had a pm and phone call with Adam, What I will say after this is that this fishery is more than the wye than I originally thought, you wont need dog spikes or a shovel as the pegs are well established and maintained. My personel want of night fishing still remains, however after a chat with Adam It would seem that its not just fish that are poached and the fishery lands are very well baillifed, and the gamekeepers patrol the area religiously.

Adam I apologise if I have bought any doubt to what is and always will be a very well run fishery. This was not meant to be a personel vendetta just the opinion of the wye fisheries that I have fished aka HDAA etc.
