I got one and I like it . On steep river banks its spot on I wouldnt use it on a stillwater because of its shape

All good mate..Still fish the middle but I target the roach more then anything now

You missing the point .Its spot on for rivers with there sloping banks that why its built like that. Very very light..

Thought I bump this back up and see how you getting on with your custom built rods ? Been thinking about rod to use for my Chub/roach fishing on the Severn.

The river Severn has got some massive chub in . Ive had a few over 6lb my best 7lb 7oz still think the river will do a 8 before to long
