Afternoon Ladies and Gents,
It's been a few years since I posted on here, I've always lurked in the background as it were as it's a really good community on here. I really should get more involved as I enjoy reading some of the stories and reports on here about tackle and sessions etc.
Id...

Hi Guys,
Many thanks for the positive feedback & kind comments :)
Adrian, it was good to meet you mate. I stayed on that night until 3am as there were a lot of fish rolling but the debris just became too much in the end and I was worried about how high the river was becoming.
Cheers Lewis
Evening All,

If we were having a gradual drop in air temps with relatively warm rain then it would be fine. As has already been said though the air temps have plummeted and with a sudden influx of cold water dropping the river temps quickly it will definitely affect sport. With the drops in...
Thanks Guys :)
TBH I was quite apprehensive given that the boys are 14 & 17 but we got on like a house on fire and considering their young ages the quality of video they put together is staggering. They are really enthusiastic and you can't help but be inspired by some of their stuff. It's...

Hi guys,
There was such a vast amount of gear stolen that Its going to take a while for Jan to itemise it all. I do know that there were the following,

30-40 shimano & free spirit rods. Barbel...
It would seem it was organised by a gang as several other places/people have been hit in the last few weeks in the area.
I posted this as a warning to others and in the hope if anyone saw anything for sale that was suspicious they'd have a point of reference. I very rarely post on here now for...
Hi all,
I hope no one minds me putting this up.
Right then folks, not the most positive post I'm afraid. Having just got off the phone with Jan Porter it is unfortunately true that in the early hours of Weds morning he was burgled and his fishing equipment was stolen. Amongst a great deal...
I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the interview so a big thanks to Steve for asking, cheers mate:)
I hope you all enjoy it and don't get too bored with my ramblings ;)
Cheers Lewis
I'll have them mate. Love the older wychwood rods. Almost bulletproof for what they are. Let me know a postage cost and we can sort out the necessary mate.
Cheers Lewis
