What I liked about them is that he upgraded plastic bits to stainless and put a quality stainless swivel on it. I've not used it yet but it looks robust enough to me.

Guys, My Barbel fishing pretty much consists of fishing the Yorkshire rivers, staying mobile and using a single 1.75TC rod all very simple. Next month I'm off to the Trent for the first time, where as it's a bit of a social I'll be picking a spot and sticking to it and as everybody else does...

I asked the same question a little while ago. I settled on the Nash Indulgence Ultra Lite, I've been very pleased with it and find it tall enough for my own dodgy knees.

Richard, It's actually my 15 year old original Korum that I'm replacing. It's still going strong and I've yet to find a bank that I can't us it on but at 7.5kg it's just too heavy for a long (sometimes up to 2 mile) walk across farmers fields to the river.

Depending on your budget Cotswold Aquarius do a couple of holdalls for 2 or 3 13ft rods. I've got a few bits of their luggage and it's really good quality although I'm still not sure it isn't over priced.
