I am using a pair of shimano 5000 gte reels on my ipowers mostly fishing lea and nene but would like to downsize them a bit as I feel they are slightly to big , I do need them to be baitrunners also .
I did have a pair of penn 460l reels until one of the handles came of somewhere and to get one...

I do know that you used to see barbel at boxted mill I have also walked the river at pitmore lock and although it looked lovely never see any but not to say there are some there

well alex I to live in Suffolk near Ipswich and its a long drive to get som,e decent fishing at the moment I fish the lea nothing to big but plenty of fish , I used to fish the seven near bewdley just get a b&b near there and join baa

that ebay item number does not work they look good but you still cant see what your taking a pic of. I use a gopro using an app on my phone I can see what camera is looking at and take a picture with the camera using my phone , its so easy

have one made for you treat yourself you will not be disappointed they are lovely rods shame both of mine have my name on them they are as you describe but I would never part with them , just glad you don't know my mrs she would sell them says I have to much stuff anyway lol
