Drennan eva, it's superb, Definitely my most used and prized bit of kit. I use it to death.

I use medium but they have chipped the cork a bit so maybe try large.

ESP for me have been spot on, if you want to use your own then you could use a butt bungee like the Sonik version, they're great, especially for some of the savage takes on say the Trent
