Winter boots/wellies?

Has anyone ever tried USB chargeable heated socks? I came across them on amazon a few years back but they were pricey and had terrible reviews. Saw them again recently and the reviews are better and the price has come down.

My Skeetex boots are still going strong after a couple of years, but I’m knackered after a 5 minute walk in them and always feel like I’m being too heavy footed. And I look like a pillock, but it’s not a fashion show, I suppose... These Muckboots might be worth a look, I think.

Santa brought me these 😄. They should keep my feet warm during the winter!

I received a pair of Grubs Snowline for Xmas, having worn Muckboots Arctic Sport for the last five years. My vote goes to the latter - warmer and they have that notch on the heel that enables easy removal. Also, more room to wiggle the toes - which is invaluable to keep the circulation going. The tread seems better (or more defined) on the Grubs, however when caked in mud I don't suppose one's any better than the other.

Muckboots Actic Sport. Mine are coming into their fourth winter now and never had cold feet since I got them. The not much cheaper pair they replaced from an angling brand lasted one season.
I’ve just purchased a pair of these as my grub 8.5 boots let me down and split all around the seal on the toe. Gutted as I’ve only had them 1 season. The artic sport look very well made
