What float line do you use? Floating or standard?

Downstream wind=lower the rod tip to keep less line airborne
Upstream wind=Go up a float size and fish as normal

Silstar Team in 6.6lb and 7.9lb, used it for years and its still great line. Plenty of other so called fab lines have come and gone in that time.

Yes I know that but there is various brands of floating/sinking spray cans available and wanted to know what the best one is.More than likely all the same stuff.

I've used a few float/sinking sprays and they're much of a muchness. All are wasteful, even when just sprayed directly onto spool, but 99%+ will obviously miss if you try spraying your line close to your float. On a cloth : with Vaseline/Muscilin for floatation, or washing up liquid for sinking, you're applying directly, plus applying some cleansing friction to the line's surface. They also last longer than sprays IME.
But, each to their own.
