Think the solution is that I'll use a 5l bucket going forward, I bought one of the little gardner camo ones (tart!!) and used it on a recent session. So much easier just been able to put my ingredients in, pop a bit of water in and get my hands in to mix it all without chucking it everywhere
Just leaves the slight issue of having to transfer any left overs into a bag to freeze at the end of the session, but I guess I'll get used to having to do that.
