The impossible rod!

I have a Pair of the Daiwa Avon Advanced (PSA-119) Identical format to the Powermesh, really well finished as is the Daiwa way, you never seem to hear much about the Daiwa Specialist rods compared to others.....
Like a lot of things bought them to try but haven't been able to get out much since....

Bob, is that Torrix blank currently available in that format?

The blank is a Harrison Torrix 12' 1.25lb test supplied with an extra tip section. The quiver tip section is then made by trimming the tip, reaming, and strengthening it to accept tapered joint quiver tips.
Have done this conversion on many other Harrison blanks including Bfw i-power, Torrix, Specialists.
It's a good way of recycling/using broken tips. Made a few 9' Barbel Stalkers with quivers tips.
Cheers
Bob
