I thought the guy had stopped making them a while back Lee. I'm interested to see what you find out though, because I'd like to get hold of one for the Trent and Lower Severn 👍

Great bit of kit, but cant really see anyone doing this themselves, when you've got to make your own lead mould?

I have a question. Is this device any better than using a very large loaded swimfeeder, filled the same way as you would normally fill an open ender. Then cast into the swim and the contents struck out? I can see that it may be a bit more aerodynamic, therefore accurate but are there any more benefits?

I don't think they make swimfeeders that big Stephen ... it'd have to be about 15cm long/ 4cm+ diameter! The beauty of Spoppers IMO is the sheer volume they can deposit, and all on the bottom.
