I had a problem with one of my 5 year old 5000 XTEA bait runners(somehow it seized up and wouldn't turn either way)I phoned Shimano on Tuesday(20-8-2013)morning and was told to send the reel to them so I sent it Tuesday lunchtime.Immagine my surprise when the reel came back this morning(23-8-2013)an even bigger surprise came when I openened the box and found the note saying "with compliments"I take my hat off to Shimano for providing service second to none.Well done Shimano,great gear,fantastic service.
