And stop thinking that we're the only show in town, because we're worth it and that being everywhere in a Top Gear five minutes (new by-pass, new M-way, kill a cyclist...) and flights for fivepence are an inalienable human right...

Heaven knows have many times I have posted the above sort of stuff, here and elsewhere, over the years, and in the usually highly entertaining and informative talks I used to give to anyone who asked and pretty well for free until the flat-earth nutters and ideologues began to gatecrash them.

Ho hum.

Endurance test is right Colin. Paul's style is obviously not to all member's liking but I do feel his posts are an integral part of BFW, even though I don't understand most of them!

i don't see why they're not on the Kennett,maybe the loddon otters are looking for a new cafe.

I think that goes for most of us, it could be claimed that they're thought provoking but then we'd need to comprehend them first.:confused::)

Could be I'm thick Paul, but I genuinely don't understand a lot of your posts. Terrifying? Er, no, not really
 
Paul, I generally do follow you but can understand peoples difficulty, you do tend to pen English with a similar slant to Yoda.
 
Now there you go, that is perfect English, rather than:

"Sympathies, my very deepest, you have, Ian"

As regular Paul and Yoda would put it :)
 
Otter - Paul Boote ["don't understand a word he says" / pompous ass, too many commas etc] - all the usual suspects present and posting here again, all pleading incomprehension: yup, proof, it were needed, that I've been getting through and am being heard loud and clear.
