Not title

Hi guys I've looked and looked and looked for another one but can't find one anywhere so I'm giving up, but what's the going rate on one of these rods in fantastic condition, still has both tips and cloth bag 👍👍 sorry if this posts in the wrong place only my second time on here
Pm sent 👍

Just been offered 200 so think I'll take that to be honest I'm chatting with him so I'll let you no if the deal drops out,

But they are bloody hard to find other wise I'd keep it and buy 2 more

Oh wow £200 is that realy what people are willing to pay for one of these rods I’m amazed I realy am. obviously good luck to the seller but my £200 would be going towards a Harrison or freespirit blank. just my opinion though chaps

Blimey, i,m sure ive got a TFG rod buried in the shed somewhere, ( not sure which ) have to dig it out for that sort of money.

£200 Jesus
There was some hype years back that they were built on seeker blanks but I don’t believe it’s true.

How much would you be prepared to pay to get another in say … mint condition??
The TFG river and stream rod is not based on a free spirit blank, therefore not worth IMO more than £80 tops. I've compared the TFG river and stream rod against a free spirit specialist advanced rod 11 ft and 1.2lb which are rare as rocking horse shit and sell for £150 plus on eBay. And yes I've got a pair of them! The free spirit rod is a fantastic small river chub rod, or pearch rod, which has more backbone than Shimano technicum specialist 12ft 1.4lb which I sold a pair of to someone from BFW last season. Free spirit specialist advanced rods also come as 11 or 12ft in 1.5lb if you want a bit more power for bigger rivers, I got a 12 ft 1.5lb for £50 last year off eBay! The blanks are not Hi s, or S blanks one range down, more like an Gold or E class.
