Damien,
On the Dove however everything has to be fresh, I even go as far as using duck eggs, (yolks only), for my paste and I buy them fresh on the day I make the paste, my feed bait is complementary and is made on the bank in small 'session' batches.
As Steve said confidence is the key.
How come your not going to be usingTeme-Severn next season Julian?
Surly if there baits are as good as everyone keeps saying, you'd continue to use them..............
Just curious.

Steve.
There is absolutely no probs with their products at all, in my opinion their pellets are 1st class, I believe Dave Mason and all wanted to streamline the bait team numbers, and suddenly found that they were suddenly overwhelmed with team numbers and I think they were having problems keeping track of who had what products, and the old adage 'last one in 1st one out' occurred, anyway I would still urge people to try their stuff, I will be because I still have a tremendous amount of pellets left that I was given!
But the new/revamped J.B stuff will be only part of my approach, for the coming season.
For all you bait makers out there, I do remember Glynn saying that he felt the single most important factor in bait making is to use good quality eggs, he use to hammer that quote to me all the time when I saw him!
