New club at Topcliffe

I'm not sure off the total distance but it looks aboutt hat on google maps.
 
As a matter of interest, is the wierpool available for day tickets, or is it syndicate, I have very fond memories of fishing it many years ago when it was owned I think by a Mr Smart.
