Hi all, I am a "SERIOUS TACKLE TART "
Ime not Rich !! I simply recycle the rods I no longer want , it's better to get some money back rather than have expensive rods that I have no longer decided to use.
I buy the rods I want in pairs !! I don't know why because I only ever fish with one
Perhaps it's from my Pike fishing days. I will only be buying one rod at a time in the future .
As an example I have a pair of HI S ,SU,BW ,HW . ONE ROD FROM EACH PAIR HAS NEVER BEEN USED
I should probably sell the spare rods from each pair,that would be much more sensible !!
I do buy what I consider Quality rods !! But at 71 yrs of age ,It's what I like ,I don't smoke,or gamble .
I do actually suffer from some OCD and sometimes make some rash decisions as far as rod buying is concerned.
If I sell anyone a rod on here ,I can assure you it will be as described and in mint condition.

If it’s any consolation, somebody asked me last year how many rods I owned and I had no idea…..

I did a count up and the answer was 98. Partly explained by being an all rounder.

since then Ive disposed of about 20 and ano 3 are hopefully leaving next week !

I agree. Beautifully put together but I like them a little more understated.
