This is the seat I use. Light weight, easy to carry and cost £1.99 from any DIY store or garden centre.
Not the most comfy but by the time your bum starts to get numb it's time for me to move anyway.

I use the 3 legged one from decathlon about £6 i think. cut one leg a couple of inches short of the others and fit some mud feet in the bottoms. The shorter leg at the back allows for sloping banks.To move just lift with the strap and put over the shoulder. Being 3 legs it does not rock about on any slope.
