BFW fish in 23rd July river Severn Hampton Loade all for breast cancer

It looks like it's going to be a cracking day, Dean. As a matter of interest, are most of the pegs on the stretch better suited to one or two rods?
 
Rich most will take 2 mate . There are loads of cracking looking swims you got every thing there deep/ shallow fast/slow take your pick. Going to do some kind of draw so its not one mad rush for pegs .

Thanks for that, Dean, and a draw's a good plan. The day's certainly about more than catching fish....and if I get a 'double' in the pub later, rather than from the river, I'll be quite happy. Really looking forward to fishing the Severn as well :)
 
With the help of Kinver Freeliners and Andy Frances, we have sorted out a fish inn on Kinver Freeliners Hampton Loade stretch on Saturday 23rd July. All the money raised will go to the breast cancer charity. There be a prize for the biggest barbel and the most caught (before you say no keepnets :p ) a raffle as well as a BBQ. The cost will be £10.00 for the day and all of that will all go to the charity. If you fancy meeting other barbel anglers from BFW and fishing in general this great stretch of river, it does not matter if you have not fished it before. Me and a few others shall be on hand to help just drop me a pm. I shall be listing down participants and will only book places when I have received any cheques. Please write all cheques to KINVER FREELINERS A/C. Pm me and I shall send you my details.Below are names of the cheques I have receive 15/05/2011..If any one just wants to donated money or prizes to the charity event it be most welcome.ONLY A FEW PLACES LEFT !

dean, where are we all meeting up & have you got a time sorted out. might it be best for to do the draw for us & posting it on here (just an idea for late comers etc).

Please find below are all the names who will be attending the event ,Its now a SELL OUT . Like to thank few people who are not coming to the fish inn but have sent money very kind of you. So far raised over £300 for breast cancer and hope to raise a few more from the raffle and BBQ. Please if you want to donate any prizes to the cause please pm .Good news and bad news looks like Stevo doing the cooking again but got some help from a 6 foot blonde who also be selling the raffle tickets:D
