I'm going to have to move.

The 100 yard cast to the Wye is just too far with my 1.25 tc rod, especially if I want to sleep in my own bed whilst fishing/sleeping.

On my couple of Trent trips each season I do sometimes envy the bivy and alarm guys as I sit under my umbrella sheltering from the rain as my eyes go to pot whilst watching the tip starlite, and my back aches from the stiff old chair.

Knackered two sleepless days later I drive the 150 miles home and crash into bed after the first hot meal for two days.

You pays yer money......

I think the real quote is from the track Whats going on , with the phrase " who are they to judge us simply as we have long hair "
