Another little helping hand for the Great Ouse

Spot-on Ray,the EA will never accept any responsibility for the lack of fish not just barbel in the Ouse,i just wish that these baby barbel would come on,but as everyone has said,mentioned or made comment too, these fish have so many things to contend with.That being said,i have seen less Otters this summer and Autumn,
I just hope these baby barbel beat the odds and bring the Ouse back to somewhere to where it was.....
 
The Environment Agency and Natural England 'don't' protect the rivers, fish or wildlife, they protect Commercial Money Making/Profiteering Interests along our river systems at the expense of destroying the same rivers, fish and wildlife in the UK.... on behalf of the UK Government.:mad:
 
another helping hand for the ouse

while i am the first to admit tonot being the greatest anler in the world,i moved to bedford in 06 after spending 2/3 years commuting every sat from sept to march going up & down the m1/a1 missing the exsplosion at hemel,inever caught a barbel,i saw a few being caught but for the hours logged the result was dreaful so gave up &went somewhere else went to many meeting bailiffs &E A but no body really khew the answer yet to me it seemed obvious where has the flow gone,i remember travelling to portold meadow laa prime rota water for all that remember that far back &chalston on the great ouse,and struggling to hold bottom.rant over sorry ray but no barbel here in the phillipines!!!!!!!
