That is sad i had a few pints over the visits i had down to Throop and the royalty over the years and chatted with some realy nice people hope some one comes along to bring it back to life, Christchurch could add to its portfolia class it as a fishery requirement.

I agree he's tackle that was confiscated should be sold or bid for and the money raised go to the angling foundation.

Great read Keith, I think i know were your talking about to. If so i know some friends that belong to that club. And they have had fish of that size on hemp and tares them selves.I am hopeing to join the same this year to get in for next season.

I did think for a time my fishing days were over, But i thouht lifes to short so lets go .

Yes i have got the gear ready and my brother is going to getme back on the bank after a long lay off ,
I was diagnosed with MS last october and have been coming to terms with a different type of life. As i have now got walking diffcultys and balance proplems so fishing on my own is a no-no now...
