    Paste and boilie soaks

Relatively easy, initially it can be a bit of an outlay cash wise, John baker baits do both hook bait and paste mixes all you do is add eggs and flavour etc, i wouldn’t say it was cheap but it’s a decent first step to learning. Be warned though in a lot of cases it’s an outside practice and the...

    Paste and boilie soaks

Make my own, my paste is all the steps used to make boilies but I don’t boil, add some crushed hemp and hemp or salmon oil into it before mixing. For a glug it’s just glycerine, cornflour, flavouring and colouring.

    Boilie favourites/recommendations?

RG baits Arctic Crab if I’m not taking my own home made Crab boilies. I have more success with home made but the convenience of off the shelf saves me stinking the house out for a few days.

Another point about the fox one is, the large side pocket is bang on to fit a Delkim bit alarm protector case in, the chair straps are long so I can get my chair strapped in as well as a baiting up table, bivvy table etc.

Having just googled the Cult one and already having the fox camolite I don’t think there’s much between them to be honest other than the straps on the camolite which you can wrap around a folded up chair. What I can say though is the camolite is pretty well made and sturdy.

    Super strong beaked point hook

Korum Grapplers for me, come in barbed or barbless. I switched to these at the beginning of this season and I am really impressed with them. Strong and sharp and stay sharp forever. I fish barbless and can honestly say I’ve only had one hook pull all season up to now and I’ve had around 40...

    Bobco - In Administration

They do, but the seller has to pay eBay to list, then PayPal (if the item is bought via PayPal) take a fee from the seller too, it used to be around 11% for a business but that was years ago so it may have changed.

    Bobco - In Administration

Oh definitely, and I’m as guilty for buying 2nd hand as anyone (most of my baitrunners are 2nd hand). Now if I go back 48yrs ago when I started out then my tackle was mostly bought new or on rare occasions handed down and the handed downs were either glass fibre or split canes ( I was young I...

    Bobco - In Administration

I’ve had many a purchase from BobCo, this is a sad state of affairs in my opinion and the loss of another independent is not a good thing. We are seeing it all too often lately. We seem to be in a situation that is governed by a large national with buying power and on the other hand a massive...
