Century R1 rods 12ft 2lb tc anyone got any information on these rods seem pretty rare and can’t seem to find anything about them. Any information would be great to hear 👍

Yeah mate a salmon rod conversion. my one as actually got a weighted butt to give the rod a better balance. With the prices of hexagraph rods at the moment this is definitely the much better option to go down the salmon rod conversion saves loads of £££££

That’s a wychwood rod which i believe we’re actually built on a Harrison blank back then I had that rod 12ft 1.75lb tc. obviously correct me if I’m wrong

For the money Speedia wide drum for lead work and Okuma Sheffield for float work both of these can be picked up for a decent price
