    that's what I thought Dave but the sale price accepted was £20. I was told I had 18.50. the code is easy really, either scan the code via telephone and follow directions or use the code number supplied, ( that has existed for a while)

    I was on fishing spares site Cliff. They seem to have the tip sec £93 plus carriage no doubt but better than binning it if Drennan say no deal. But to be fair they were very good on my bank sticks, ie the twisty ones where clumsy people twist beyond the spring stop. Ha! I can do the fix myself...

    Did u tap it against something Cliff? I know one rod expert told me rods are designed to bend every way except backwards. By that he meant along the spine ie the tip pointing back towards the handle.That can happen if tip touches an object but the rod is pushed forwards so effectlvely the tip...

    I have a very nice browning silverlite pro feeder. It's got a nice reel seat, American, I think, screw up and double locking rings. . They cone loose too! Ha.

    That's encouraging Stephen. Tbh if it costs me 150 instead of 124£ then I can live with that. I am old now, made more mistakes than most and survived. It's a want rod so , so what. Still would like the r design 11, if anyone has one. Ha!. I will accurately record and disclose what I am charged.

    He's a nice guy, is Cliff. Did me an enormous favour collecting a tsi rod for me and bringing it home. Plus and more importantly, he is a true gentlemen. That is easily proved as like me he supports spurs! Ha.
