Getting any closer to moving down yet Dave.? The nipper and I were on Somerley last Sunday around the Ibsley area. Saw more anglers that day than ever before. I suppose one has to justify the increased expense.

Thoroughly enjoyed the article, took away my daily moans about how inaccessible the rivers are at the moment. I don't think I've managed to see the Frome in its banks since our meet at the Itchen. Oh well there's always next season !!

With the high cost of keeping such excellent waters, an amalgamation would have to result in an annual fee that many people could not afford. Today you have a choice, one or the other or both. This means if you are unable to afford both memberships, at least you are still able to secure access...
