    someone I know built a pagoda over his, it meant the pond wasn't visible from the sky and it looked ok, seemed to work for him. like you Ive got lakes nearby and once they find your pond they will keep returning unfortunately.

    Steve, Ive been using Drennan Supplex fluro, works well for me. you could try a combo rig (last 3 inches braid) and see if that works better for you.

    My Grubs are fine, Ive got three pairs and all are a few years old. I suspect just like Muckboots that to save costs the quality decreases over time which may mean the newer ones are not so good, shouldn't be like that but seen it a good few times before.

    id recommend you go 12' on the Severn Daniel, the extra foot will help when its got water on or if you re fishing across in normal conditions.

    Had a great day today on one of our club carp lakes, decided to fish the float for roach and rudd with the knowledge that the odd zoo creature may turn up. Had lots if fish and some quality roach from 6oz upwards topped by these two .... This one was 2lb 3oz

    The thinking anglers is great quality but pretty small, Wychwood do a similar one that slightly larger and great quality too. Personally I don't like the ones that lay flat.

    Hi Daniel, Id recommend you start on the middle Severn, any of the BAA stretches from Bridgnorth down to Bewdley. A simple blockend feeder rig, 2ft hook length with halibut pellet on the hair, fill the feeder with 3mm pellets. Try a few different swims if you are not catching but you should...
