Playing 'devils advocate' here but can you put a logical reason to having it? Spawning will be the obvious response, but this seems to be happening at irregular times now. As a disclaimer though, I don't know enough about it to have an informed opinion, but would like to learn more.....

Been really enjoying roving. 15 -20 mins in each area (unless there are signs) Paste and meat seem to be favourite. Fishing during daylight and catching a few but nothing big. Think I'm going to have to brave a few evening sessions.

Took delivery of a Shimano DL2500FA. Mainly for chub and tight swims. First impressions are very good.

Gaz, really like my 1.75 Daiwa Infinity. They handle WAvon and most conditions on the Wye. Quite fancy a couple of 2lb Torrix though. :)
