Nearly all my top 10 would be carp books I think
For non carp Tony Miles and Terry Lampard have written some very good books.
Multi species books with a chapter on each fish don't seem to read as well for me.

Solar S&O was one of the best flavours going. It had a high PH so was very different to most other flavours.
I think a key ingredient is now unavailable so although many companies still sell a S&O flavour they won't be exactly the same as the OG Solar one.

Wasn't there a lot in the Wharfe when Knotsford lagoons flooded many years ago? Maybe they have just travelled down further and ended up in the Ouse?
I'd love to catch a river carp though.
I have two Greys 4 piece stalker rods so you can use it at either 9 or 12ft.
I think it's about a 2-21/4 TC so more suited for bigger rivers if fishing for barbel.
Yateley Angling Centre used to do a Harrison stalker with a separate extension piece that are very highly sought after these days...
