Agreed. My 4500Bs are on my flood rods for heavy work in the near margin to mid river, and occasionally make it on to my heavier river piking set up. SS2600's on my other 2 sets of barbel rods for the tidal Trent.
I have 2 absolutely mint Shimano 4000D's that are just too small for my needs really, hence lack of use!
Now for sale - £200 the pair, plus post.
Pics available on request.
I quite like the idea, and i'm glad to see a company thinking of something slightly different for a change, rather than just rehashing the same old stuff brand after brand.
The removable 'mat' within the cradle itself should be relatively easy to wash off in the lake/river if it's really gunked...
Yeah, i don't see them as faulty either. Mine has been fine for abput 4 years of tackling the lower tidal Trent, getting stuck in to mud when i have caught etc.
Can anyone point me in the direction of the thread with the info on the best way to strip, clean and reassemble the Drennan Twistlock lanfing net handle please? Assuming mine is gunked up as it wont lock now...
Struggling to find the lengthy thread with the info!
