We really are trying hard to produce something the serious angler will enjoy and ultimately it depends on quality material, no matter how it is dressed up. People have been so kind and generous in this respect and CC7...

Re-read Rob Youngs article in CC6 again today on Hampshire Avon barbel. I have to say it's a brilliant piece and a must read for anybody targeting this type of river. Some great advice on tactics and pics of a 7lb chub, 2 x 13lb barbel, 3 x 15lb barbel, culminating in his 17-3 river record.
