Moved the pb up by an ounce, 2lb 6oz - the best way to do it ! Still hoping for one closer to 3lb before the cold weather arrives. I’m going to miss the fens when it does.

Absolutely loving my rudd campaign. Fishing at its simplest: a rod, net, pack of hooks and some bread. Walked miles, hardly seen a sole and caught some stunning fish. Equalled my PB yesterday with this beauty.

I have yeasts in my current mix, no idea why though, just always seems to go with liver. May have read the musings of one of the bait gurus, back in the day when I didn’t realise how precious time is.
