    Bulk halibut pellets

Literally chicken an egg though isn’t it. If you had 10 chickens per acre you could feed as much as you pleased, 10 per square meter, even under fed there producing too much waste. The animal is immaterial it’s the intensive nature of the activity. In terms of excess nutrient input, farm run...

    Bulk halibut pellets

I think the idea of blaming hali pellets is a bit like blaming the issues around battery hens on layers pellet. The intensity of the farming and its effect from pathogen to nutrients is a result of practice. Speaking from decades of fish keeping frozen (ie natural feed) is to condition or...

    Tackle in Lidl this week

I know we’ve been here before but many many things in life are made in same Chinese factories, they have districts that make glass for example. Many brands are going to Chinese manufacturers with a spec, a price is given and they slap your logo on it. If there’s over run, mis production (Quality...

    Combi rig knot.

I actually use a quick change swivel on my combi’s. Means I can store a few of the braided bit and if I want to make a change to hook size or simply because of damage I can in seconds. Brilliant for my smash and dash style, usually in the dark.

    Chris Packham

I can’t help but roll my eyes at some of these things Chris, a flexitarian, some days or meals eats meals others does not. No mate that’s just called eating, also things like weetabix or rice aren’t vegan food, they’re just food. Also when did flip flops without the big between your toes get...

Well there you go, shame I didn’t come up with it first or I wouldn’t of been in Bath city centre at 6am this morning.

I’ve come to the conclusion I had to rethink my thought process on people, I always (because it’s how it’s painted) of these things being a linear process, left and right with a centre. I now don’t believe this. I now think of it like a upside down tear drop. The bulk of people have similar...

Free spirit rod price increase, again

There’s a huge delay on vehicles, a lot of it reportedly is chips from China not available. The courier market has exploded with lock downs and that’s really affected the cost and availability of vans well, reportedly there was a 6-12 month wait for a new Transit from Ford. I heard of a chap...

    Am i missing something ...

It’s simply because Hawaii has closed and most all of them came from Hawaii, it also effects stuff which would of ported and flown from Hawaii. Indonesia closed for a bit and it sent prices mad, corals are significantly more expensive now. Fish and corals have a very low price per unit to the...

    Thermometers.

The old style thermometers, not mercury these days, but the substitute will be fine and unless mistreated or damaged will be pretty accurate. The bonus is they are also cheap. Ones for ponds or swimming pools will do you. Digital ones are very convenient but the accuracy will drift. With most...
