What is a Kev Baynes Specialist H.T.?

That's a great idea, will give him a call! A GTI would definitely make sense given how slim it is. If that's the case then maybe H.T. stands for Harrison trotter 🤔

What is a Kev Baynes Specialist H.T.?

I thought the same, though the blank looks like uni-directional carbon. Did they do a Torrix without the 1k weave?

What is a Kev Baynes Specialist H.T.?

Is anyone able to help me identify this rod? It's a 11' 6" 'specialist H.T. custom built by Kevin Baynes. I can't find anything on it about the blank or T.C. I bought it as part of a job lot of specialist rods a few of months back, but I haven't been sure what to do with it since. I don't know...

Shimano 2500 Xtra small bait runner spare spool and cap, with double handle.

Evening, intrested in the reel, how much does it weigh? Also, would it be possible to see a photo? 🙂

WANTED***Nash The Specialist Stalker Barbel Elite Rod 9ft 1.75lb***

Yeah, it's a shot in the dark given the age of the thread. Recently came across one while trying to help identify a North western (BR1, I think...) Figured it was worth asking 🙂

Photos of Tri-cast diamond kevlar tip

Does anyone here own the carp/barbel version that could please post a photo of it's tip section for me please? I've noticed the tip section of my diamond weave is slightly different to the butt section, and I can't find any photos on google, ebay, or FB Marketplace of how it should look. (I...

    Terry Eustace big tench blank

It's amazing how much info on old rods gets lost to time or is re-told differently. I had no idea there was a T24a and the posts I'd read about the LR carp talked about it being 11'6". Side note: Managed to dig up the listings for Glass blanks on the conoflex website circa 2001-2003

    Terry Eustace big tench blank

If my memory of trawling forum posts is correct the T24 is based on the 150/8 blank (11'6", 1.75lb, fast taper)

    Terry Eustace big tench blank

I'm tempted, but it's the conoflex 150/7 I'm looking for at the moment. (I got to see a few classics my Dad has and really liked the feel of the 150/7 and his carbon kevlars) I've heard Terry used a lot of conoflex blanks, does anyone know if he built any rods on the 150/7 (11ft, 2.5lb, soft...

    Terry Eustace big tench blank

I was wondering if anyone knew what rod blank these used and their T.C. In my searching I found that the terry eustace carp rods were built on conoflex blanks, but I couldn't find anything on the small or big tench rods.

North western barbel specialist vs lake specialist

I recently came into a pair of kevlites that look identical but have different model names, so I was wondering if anyone here might know the difference between the barbel specialist and lake specialist rods produced be North western? Both are: -12ft -1.5lb t.c. -Screw reel seat -Have screwtips...

    Who made this blank?

It might also be worth checking the reel seat. All my NW's with the screw reel seats have a little NW logo

    Unknown blank

I started looking at older century rods. Is hy-bor a possibility? The blank looks similar and it would be a closer match to the era of the other rods I saw in the auction. (Tri-cast diamond weave, Shimano twin power)

    Unknown blank

I think these might be a match? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256575476082?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Zw-QjcHiTk2&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=wTCA1ImhSNm&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
