It's a great fit in the 3 rod, I can take a pic when I'm back home on monday if you want? Slides straight in with the brolly in the lightweight sleeve it comes with...
Is your drennan quiver this one?

My fox specialist 45" brolly fits really nice in that one, also fits my aqua fast and light but the balance isn't very good with that one being longer.
Chub Outkast Compact 11' 4-piece 2.75lb travel rod in vgc condition hardly a mark on it.
Versatile rod, makes a good floodwater/big river rod.
Comes with a rare Thinking Anglers Rod Stalker case (discontinued) which has pockets and attachments for a sling/net etc.
£100 for the pair...
Haha, well... I could write a witty reply about the transient nature of my tackle ownership, but I'd rather just post a pic and say I'm happy with one. That is, unless another happens to come my way at a fair price 😉
Both in excellent condition mechanically and physically.
One has slightly different rubber handles (one smooth one has grooves). Slight mark to the rubber handle as per photo.
£90 collected with £6 post if required. Located near Reading/Basingstoke but travel to Slough/Bristol regularly...
Thanks for all the replies, it's been a thought playing on my mind whilst I have been whiling away the hours waiting for a bite.

It's a lovely rod to behold Bob, hopefully once I've tested its mettle I'll...
I've had one of these tucked away for those times I need to fit fishing around work, and now that time has come I'm wondering if it might be slightly under-gunned for the Loddon barbel.
It is 1.5lb test curve whereas I have been using daiwa infinities in 1.75lb so far.
Despite using the...
Thanks very much for the advice chaps, I'll be sure to be careful out there as you say John but like Anthony said the lure of banks devoid of other anglers is too much to miss out on.... The ticket I'm after is relatively expensive so I just didn't want to find it was a waste with the season...
Since I started fishing on the Thames a few years ago I have had to resort to starting sessions at times of day where there is no daylight in winter, either before or after work.
I have now moved closer to some smaller rivers (Loddon and Kennet) and wonder if it is still feasible to arrive in...
Has anyone used the daiwa ninja or legalis reels in either 3000 or 4000 sizes? Looking at these I am unsure if I should be looking at the 3000 or 4000 to pair up with my 12' 1.75lb rods.
If you have used them, are they any good?
Snugpak , as Jon said above, are a great shout for warm lightweight jackets. I saw they are also offering a new waterproof version called the Torrent but it is very new on the market I believe.
