another blank for me yesterday, did have one hook up but the hook pulled (very frustrating !), second take resulted in a very large eel, Im guessing a good 5lb+, def a pb but I managed to unhook it without netting thankfully.
Steve, just tie up a link using the 4 turn and test it at home, see what snaps first ? Btw, if you use this know and the knot to tie the hook you'll only have two knots won't you ?

only used it twice, very light, quite small so if you are a big lump not ideal, but as a roving chair first impressions favourable, obviously can't comment yet on how durable it will be.
depends on the quantity of fish present and how competitive it is to get to the bait imo. Maybe on low stock venues the fish can be more fussy but i still think any good quality bait will work.
