I’m the same had 1.5, 1.75 and 2 lb torrix and just prefer the S range barbel seekers.

All the cadence 11 foot sleeves are out of stock in both the specialist and match range.

I didn’t realise drennan had stopped making their medium black and blue sleeves. Went to buy one of those originally at Amglimg direct and was told they were discontinued. Was sure i had one somewhere but must of sold it. Not keen on the tacklebox ones they’ve just made them so slim it’s too...

Does anyone make an 11 foot rod sleeve? The drennan medium sleeves used to fit 11 foot rods but can find those anywhere. Don’t fancy the price of the cotswold aquarius one, which seems to be the only one i can find at the moment.

The action is a lot more through action which i prefer especially on the kennet, can really lock the rod up and pressure fish away from snags and i just have a lot more confidence that i won’t get a hook pull under maximum pressure. Also find the tip a bit more sensitive than a torrix.

Personally preferred the freespirit barbel seeker 11 foot blanks, had the 1.5, 1.75 and 2lb torrix blank and a custom made barbel seeker is cheaper than a off the shelf one for some reason.
