Thanks chaps. It’s definitely changed since i last sent some. My local post office say it’s 1.5m maximum length which is a shame, post several shorter rids but the 2 piece 12 foot has been a no go i’m afraid. Will have a look at ups.

Having spent my life feathering and feeling the rig down from my younger years of carping i don’t think i’ve used an automatic bail arm for years. Only time i can think of was my early teens spinning for pike but that’s 20 years ago.

Is it similar to the medium feeder that does both lengths? If so was my go to chub rod, now use the new version after an unfortunate incident cutting down what i thought was an empty for tube.
