I actually fancy the Monster Red more. I'm usually wary of 'barbel' specific products.

Recieved mine today - great service. Looking forward to trying the Pro flow boilies. Also got some atlantic heat pellets and boilies as i did ok on them in the summmer. Can you dry freezer aits so they last longer? Never used them before.
Thanks - going to do what you suggest, then make some paste with 200g of them. Watched a vid on YT and he reccomends xanthanum (sp!) gum to make it last longer. In my opinion Steve they are best kept frozen . I put mine in 200 gram batches and freeze them . Then I take them out per session. It depends how much you want to feed and use etc .
When I get a fresh bag I put them in a bucket with a lid on . I add some liquids .. only a slight amount to skin them . I leave them in the bucket for 24 hours to soak up the liquids . Then weigh them in batches and freeze .

So much easier than in the 80's sorting out mixes (from Carp Fever) and rolling boilies yourself. Times have changed from having a cupboard full of powders/concoctions more like an Alchemist.I just buy the dedicated paste mix or use the boilie base mix and mix as instructed it doesn’t have to be harder than that![]()
